Shipping Info
All arrangements are made to order and require a 2-3 week processing time frame unless you select Need It Now on your order.
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 within Australia - excluding WA, NT and TAS.
Returns
We take great care to ensure your product is perfect before shipment.
All orders are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Include your full name, contact phone number, order number, photo evidence, and a description of the damage.
One of our team members will get in touch with you. You may be asked to return the item to us.

This gorgeous arrangement evokes the Aussie bush, and has been much admired by my friends, who didn’t realise, until I told them, that they were ‘fake’ flowers! I am completely addicted to having forever flowers throughout my home, and am excitedly awaiting the arrival of my first potted tree/plant. Not only are the arrangements all beautiful, but they are so well packed that they always arrive in perfect condition.

The flowers were beautiful, the proteas are definitely the most realistic. The little white flowers looked a bit plasticky and not as nice as the ones pictured. We bought this as a gift for a friend and only when it arrived we saw it was a 180 arrangement, which isn’t clear from the description. I know there is a category for 360 arrangements but if you’re scrolling through the whole selection or jumping from one to another, you don’t realize you’ve left the category. From the images it doesn’t look like a 180 arrangement so we are a bit disappointed that it can’t be placed in its intended location. So my suggestion would be to flag this in the description.

Do the flowers really look real?
Yes! Our real-touch petals are soft and lifelike — most people can’t tell the difference.
How do I clean my flowers?
Just wipe gently with a soft cloth or baby wipe. You can also use a cold hairdryer to blow off dust.
Do you sell the arrangements without the vase?
Yes we do! Just select the Hand Tied tick box before adding the arrangement to cart.
What if I need something sent urgently?
If you require flowers urgently you can order from our Need It Now section, these arrangements are ready to go and ship within 1 business day. Please contact us directly at hello@foreverflowering.com.au and let us know your order number and we will ensure it is shipped urgently.
Can I display them outdoors?
Yes, our UV-resistant collection is great for outdoor use, just make sure it’s under cover and not exposed to heavy rain or wind.
Are they safe around kids and pets?
Absolutely. All our flowers are non-toxic, allergy-friendly, and safe to display anywhere.
How long does shipping take?
Unless you select Need It Now your arrangements will be handmade to order and require a 1-2 week turnaround time. Orders are shipped using Standard Post with Australia Post, unless Express Post is selected at checkout.
Can I order flowers for my wedding?
Yes! We offer custom wedding florals including bouquets, buttonholes, and more. Contact us to get started.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes! You can add a custom message at checkout and we’ll include a handwritten card. No receipts or price tags are included in gift orders.

What’s your return policy?
Because our products are handmade to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. But if something arrives damaged, we’ll always make it right.
