Your Order

Every order that is placed is hand made according to order requirements.

We take pride and extra care to ensure your Forever Flowering product is perfect before sending it out to you.

Our Process

1. Get excited about your order
2. Select vase, flower stems, measure and cut to size
3. Arrange all stems into vase
4. Pour acrylic water (* for clear vases!)
5. Wait for resin to set (3-4 days)
6. Check each flower and foliage stem – twice!
7. Package the arrangement with lots of protection to ensure no breakages on delivery

As you can see we take a lot of care into your order and it takes time to put it all together.

Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery. During holiday buying and limited edition months, please understand this time frame is only a guide. If you need your arrangements by a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering to avoid disappointment.

We cannot take responsibly for delayed courier delivery times once orders leave our studio.

Exchange, Returns & Refunds

Since all products are made to order, all orders are final and we don’t accept returns or provide exchanges to change of mind. If your item arrives broken or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery in writing. Please include your full name, contact phone, order number, attach photo evidence and explain the damage or what happened. One of our team members will then contact you. Please note you may be asked to return the items to us for inspection and it may be required you return the item before any refunds or replacements are sent out.

Courier Shipment Information

Our courier knows our packages are fragile and very special, so they take extra care in the delivery process. We rarely have received feedback of any breakages in all the years we have been in operation.

If you select free shipping with Signature required – someone must be home to sign for the parcel. If no one is home, the parcel will be taken to a local courier depot and you will be required to collect your parcel from there. Redirection / redeliveries are not possible with our free shipping option. There is a $35 re-delivery attempt fee.

If you select free shipping with Authority to leave – your parcel will be left by our courier at the address provided regardless of whether someone is home. While they make efforts to leave the parcel somewhere discreet or secure if possible, Forever Flowering is are unable to take responsibly for lost, missing or damaged parcels once the courier receipts the delivery as being made to the correct address in their system.
