YOUR ORDER

Every Forever Flowering arrangement is handmade to order by our team in Melbourne.

From selecting and preparing each stem to arranging, finishing and carefully packaging your flowers, every order receives plenty of attention before it leaves our studio. As our arrangements are handmade, slight variations are a natural part of the process and make each piece uniquely yours.

HOW YOUR ARRANGEMENT IS MADE

1. Your vase and flower stems are selected

2. Each stem is measured, cut and prepared by hand

3. Your arrangement is carefully created by one of our florists

4. For clear vases, our artificial water resin is poured

5. The resin is left to fully set (3-4 days)

6. Every flower and foliage stem is checked before dispatch

7. Your arrangement is carefully packaged with plenty of protection for its journey to you

Beautiful things take a little time, and we want your arrangement to be just right before it leaves us.

MAKING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for your order to be handmade and delivered.

During particularly busy periods, including holidays, sales and collection launches, this timeframe is a guide only and orders may take a little longer.

If you require your arrangement by a specific date, please contact our team before placing your order so we can advise whether we are able to meet your required timeframe.

Once an order has been dispatched from our studio, delivery is in the hands of the courier. While we will always do our best to assist with any delivery issues, Forever Flowering cannot guarantee courier delivery timeframes or be held responsible for delays that occur while your order is in transit.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS

As our arrangements are handmade to order, please choose carefully when placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us in writing within 48 hours of delivery so our team can assist.

Please include your:

• Full name

• Order number

• Contact number

• Photos clearly showing the damage

• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the information provided and contact you with the next steps.

Depending on the circumstances, we may require the item to be returned to us for inspection before a replacement, repair or refund can be arranged.

COURIER & DELIVERY INFORMATION

We know how precious your flowers are, which is why every arrangement is carefully packaged to protect it during transit.

Orders are shipped using our trusted delivery partners. We recommend having someone available to accept your delivery where possible.

If no one is available, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe location or take it to a nearby depot or collection point. You will be notified by the courier if collection is required.

Please note that redelivery and redirection are not included with our free shipping service. Where redelivery is available and requested, a $35 redelivery fee will apply.

If you would prefer your parcel to require a signature upon delivery, please contact us when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
