The artificial water is made from a 2-part resin. Once set, it is non-toxic.

The resin cannot be pulled apart in any way. Once it is set, it is permanent. We cannot remove the flowers that are set in the resin.

Since all products are made to order, all orders are final and we don’t accept returns or provide exchanges to change of mind. If you item arrives broken or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include name, contact phone, order number and attach photo evidence and/or explain the damage. One of our team members will then contact you. Please note you may be asked to return the items to us for inspection.

All arrangements come set in fragile vases (glass vase with artificial water or coloured glass/ceramic etc with florist foam). To protect your purchase, we carefully pack your flowers in a large box with plenty of internal packaging to ensure it is safe whilst on its way to you. The box also has ‘fragile’ tape across it! Your internal packaging will be recycled as we have chosen to be eco-friendly. The use of recycled packing materials will not affect the gorgeous aesthetics when you unwrap your arrangements.

Our courier knows our packages are fragile and very special, so they take extra care in the delivery process. We rarely have received feedback of any breakages in all the years we have been in operation.

All orders take anywhere from 2-4 weeks from creation to delivery and this is dependent on how busy we are. During holiday seasons and limited edition release months, for example, additional delays may occur due to the volume of orders we are making with love, by hand.

Please order keeping this time frame in mind and should your order be required for a particular date to avoid disappointment or unforeseen delays – please contact us first!

Free local pick up:  You are welcome to pick up your order from our studio in Tullamarine, VIC 3043 by appointment or during regular business hours. Please place your order through the website as normal and select “Local Pick Up” as your option. This option will only appear for residents who live in Victoria.

Free Shipping:  Orders over $100 ship for free to everywhere in Australia, except NT this is due to high courier costs to NT.


For orders under $100 and international shipping, the following charges apply:

VIC: $17 per box

NSW: $24.95

ACT: $24.95

QLD: $24.95

SA: $24.95

WA: $29.95

TAS: $54.95

NT: $34.95 – We currently trailing shipping to limited areas of NT, if your postcode isn’t covered, we are sorry for any inconvenience.

New Zealand: $20.00 per arrangement – flat fee! Please contact us should you wish to purchase stems, to avoid being overcharged for postage as it’s calculated on a per-item basis in our system.

Handmade Real Touch Arrangements are custom ordered. We do have many of our most popular items now available as “Express” order however aside from this collection,  we don’t keep all our arrangements as ready made. We create the majority of arrangements according to your order requirements, so orders containing these items will take up to 2-3 weeks to be hand created and delivered to your door.


Express arrangements, gifts and hampers are usually shipped within 24 hours – so they’re your ‘go to’ if you need gifts in a hurry!
