Unfortunately, we do not offer once-off hire for events.
The artificial water is made from a 2-part resin. Once set, it is non-toxic.
The resin cannot be pulled apart in any way. Once it is set, it is permanent. We cannot remove the flowers that are set in the resin.

You pay ZipPay over time weekly, fortnightly or monthly, whichever suits you best.
Since all products are made to order, all orders are final and we don’t accept returns or provide exchanges to change of mind. If you item arrives broken or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include name, contact phone, order number and attach photo evidence and/or explain the damage. One of our team members will then contact you. Please note you may be asked to return the items to us for inspection.
All arrangements come set in a glass vase with artificial water. To protect your purchase, we carefully pack your flowers in a large box with plenty of internal packaging to ensure it is safe whilst on its way to you. The box also has ‘fragile’ tape across it! Your internal packaging will be recycled as we have chosen to be eco-friendly. The use of recycled packing materials will not affect the gorgeous aesthetics when you unwrap your arrangements.
Our courier knows our packages are fragile and very special, so they take extra care in the delivery process.
All orders take 2-3 weeks from creation to delivery. Please order keeping this time frame in mind, should your order be required for a particular date to avoid disappointment or unforeseen delays.
We ship within Australia only, sorry no international shipping is available directly through the website at this stage.
However! We are currently investigating our options to ship to the USA and Europe at the present time. If you are interested in this service and live overseas, please send us through an enquiry.
Free local pick up: You are welcome to pick up your order from our showroom in Kings Park by appointment only. Please place your order through the website as normal and select “Local Pick Up” as your option. This option will only appear for residents who live in Victoria.
Free Shipping: Orders over $50 ship for free to everywhere in Australia, except NT.
For orders under $50, the following charges apply:

ACT: $24.95 per box
QLD: $24.95 per box

TAS: $54.95 per box

All orders are custom made to order. That means we don’t have pre-made arrangements sitting on the shelf… we create your arrangement according to your order.
Due to this, all orders take up to 2-3 weeks to be hand created and delivered to your door.
